Love my Breakfast. Who else enjoys to start the day like me? Walking my dog, exercise and then breakfast.
Here I had some leftover steamed vegetables,
toped it up with avocado, cucumber, sprouts and
Sauerkraut for probiotics.
And my smoothie is one of a kind... Paw paw ( with seeds, excellent worming cleans ), frozen berries, nectarine, chia seeds, nuts and seeds, chocolate protein powder and almond milk.
